Your future position:
Due to the growth of our Services in Valencia, we are looking for multilingual, motivated individuals who have the drive to succeed in a fast-growing industry.
Currently, we are looking for strong customer service advisors interested in discovering the electric mobility industry.
What we are looking for:
With this role, you'll be the first point of contact and it is your responsibility to ensure a positive customer experience. Your main task will be to reply to e-mails, messages, and phone calls from customers. Here you will assist in updating contact information. As a person, you have a positive mindset that will help you to deal with tricky customer problems.
Requirements:
● You can demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
● You have a positive, and energetic attitude
● You have 6 months or more of customer services experience
● Computer savvy and efficient with different communication and office software tools
● Ability to work in shifts
● Good communication skills and organizational skills
● Willing to relocate or available to work on-site in Valencia, Spain
Work schedules:
● From 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. from Monday to Sunday, working rotating weekends (38,5 weekly hours)
● From 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. from Monday to Sunday, working rotating weekends (38 weekly hours)
● From 11:00 p.m. to 07:00 a.m. from Monday to Sunday, working rotating weekends (38 hours per week)
